Spiritcare is the chaplaincy ministry to non-residential adult learners of Indiana Wesleyan University. Below is our mission, vision, and pledge included with a verse from the Bible on which the ministry was established. We often provide support for people who are experiencing crises in their lives, but we seek to step further. Though we minister to non-residential students and faculty of IWU, we desire this blog to be a tool to provide a framework for a biblical worldview. We also want it to paint a picture of what a biblical worldview looks like in everyday life. We will attempt to post material from authors who use the Bible as their standard of truth and encourage the spirit of our readers who are investigating or seeking to follow Jesus.
“You [God] gave me life and showed me kindness, and in your providence watched over my spirit.” (NIV) Job 10:12b
To provide Christ-centered support, resources, and services to non-residential adult learners.
To bring students to a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ.
To offer help, hope, and healing in crises and emergencies.
